I have lived here for a year and all the reviews are true. Roaches, unfriendly and rude management, overflowing garbage and now guests have to pay for parking. Triton Corporation is a slumlord!

Wow Alden you were great for a whole six months. Hired a new security service full of young people that don't really ever know what's going on. we've been locked out of the laundry facility at night when the only people representing the building is the guards and was told they aren't allowed to give us the maintenance number since We should already have it. And they weren't going to call either. Thank God a fellow tenant walked by with the number. Although the maintenance guy never came. Then you let go of a great office staff that knew us and took very good personal care of us. We put a notice that we were moving and your new office staff have no records of it and were nasty over the phone blaming us for not getting a copy of it. Well shame on us for thinking you guys had any clue how to take over a business. what a mess. Everything from your new security service to your office is a mess. And your new manager never heard of the customers always right thing and was totally rude. I'm only giving you two stars because the building is so pretty. Glad we're leaving soon. Hope you get your stuff together soon. Probably shouldn't have changed everything so fast makes thinks difficult for clients.

These buildings will always have big troubles with a management company like KMG PRESTIGE. Communication is just another word here and means nothing. They do not respect or care for their customers, which is BAD BUSINESS! Ask any current occupant about the "economic necessity" that requires KMG PRESTIGE to "TERMINATE ALL EXPIRED AND MONTH-TO-MONTH LEASES."

Ok here goes. My daughter lives here and the insides of the apartments are ok. they are a nice size and have great details. they are right off the water so they have good views too. however the previous ownership let the buildings themselves and the interiors fall apart. the elevator has been broken more than it's been working. you can tell the building used to be beautiful, in the basement there are inlayed ceramic tiles but no one has cared for it for a long time.



the good news is that they recently sold/put the building under new management. the new company seems to be trying to get it together. it will take a while as the buildings are large and expansive. i'd move in because the rents are reasonable, with the hope that the new management revives it.
