I ordered shrimp egg foo yong and it was horrible they only put one shrimp in the patty n the patty was burnt when I called up there to complain she asked me if I wanted to replace and my question to her was why would you sell me something like this in the first place smdh I'm done with these people they deserve no star's for this crap

I enjoyed the food and service

I had taste for Chinese so I called Chen's placed my order. The waitress abruptly hung up the phone without telling the total or how long it would take for me to pick-up my order. I called back after, getting a busy signal a few times. There was no apology or concern about the incident so, I told her to cancel my order and I would not return as a customer! Her reaction "ok fine." Poor, unfriendly service I will NOT tolerate! I suggest to others if this has happened to you also DO NOT SUPPORT this business! It does not deserve any stars.
