Comcast does not have local access call centers. When calling one of their many service lines you could be calling Mexico to get billing information in Michigan. What's worse, the Auburn Hills, Michigan Comcast office doesn' t have the number to the Detroit office or any other Metro Detroit office. Since when does a corporation not have information about another local office of the same corporation?
