I got to my appointment 30 minutes early (11 am). I was not seen until 10 minutes after my original appointment(1130), had to sit in the exam room for another 30 minutes while they "called my insurance". The doctor was not friendly, at all. She barely talked to me. She did not explain the procedures or care plan I needed at all. Then when I had to "schedule my appointments," the staff told me they only do treatments on "certain days" and it has to be from 9-2, which is unacceptable as I specifically called and asked if they have Saturday appointments, and they said they did.
I was disappointing to see how disgusting the office is. It is in desperate need of paint and new office equipment. I don't think bachata or country music is suitable for a business venue. The staff needs to communicate better. It took me 2.5 to get x-rays done and the dentist seeing me for 2 minutes.
Finally, if your copay is under 10 dollars, you better bring cash, because they have a minimum charge.
