The boss and most employees are up to par,yet they have an employee that has no professional customer service at all.this guy is paranoid and rude, seems to be offended by a woman's knowledge of cars,and not apt to answer questions. Yet if this is the industry you work in you should be be able to answer car questions. Like I said the work and Timing was satisfactory but that employee just made them loose a customer. I had three more vehicles lined up for them,but that on guy is not worth my freedom. Yeah he was well on his way to an unessary physical confrontation.
