I work 2 blocks from this place and I've tried it a couple of times. And every single time, the service gets worse and worse. They are reallyyyy slow to bring your food and there is usually one waitress working during lunch time...and she's very rude also. One time, I waited so long for her to come, I got up to the bar to get my own water and ask for the bill...the food is actually good and decent pricing, but service just makes it not worthwhile.

Had dinner there with my wife on Valentine's day. This was by far the most terrible dinning experience we've ever had anywhere. The food wasn't good at all: portions were too small for the prices charged and the server was totally inept. Everthing ordered was slow to come and a couple of things requested never were delivered--bread and water. We live downtown and and believe in supporting downtown businesses. We have dined at each of the downtown resturants at least once. It will be a long time before we try Finn Porter again if ever.
