I have used this service several times to snake the main drain of my basement. The 1st time seemed to be ok. The 2nd time, he said he had to remove the lower half of my bathroom vanity disconnect the "improperly installed bathroom sink". He did not clean up behind himself. The drains continued to back up so I called him back (because he claimed he guaranteed his work). This time he said he had to clean the drain that was beneath my kitchen. He cut the cap off of the pipe and never replaced it. When we had the 1st heavy rain in late June, I called him back out of desperation. My entire basement had flooded and the water would not go down. He got his snake cabling stuck in my sewer drains and claims the backyard has to be dug up. He will no longer take my calls or respond to my messages. Don't use this service no matter how desperate you get. It's not worth the headache that follows. He has left my house in worst shape then before he came each time he has had to come out.
