Will be leaving HAP next open enrollment if you are still using Nations Benefits as your OTC provider. I've never in my lifetime had to deal with such uninformed and deceitful people. I have more to do than spend hours on the phone inquiring about my order only to be told it's the fault of the post office. Time for a change!!
