This is the worst ihop. First your searched before you can enter. The food is horrible. It's worse than bar food. Presentation is awful. The employees including the manager is inconsiderate. I went there on 9-28-2012 and I've never experienced anything worse.

If you alert your waitress that you have a coupon prior to ordering your meal, she would have suggested that you get a full order of pancakes. Always present coupons before ordering, It's not the managers fault, the computer system doesn't accept the coupon if the order does not meet the requirement.

The food was fantastic. The waitress was very friendly and accomodating--also fantastic. However, when I went to pay my bill, I gave the manager my coupon of "buy-one-entree, get one" and he would not honor it. He said that since my second entree was only a half entree (two pancakes) it was not covered by the coupon and would not be free. I said to give me two more pancakes, then, so that it would now be a full entree and therefore, free. He said no. At this point, he would have said anything to avoid honoring the coupon, and even called the waitress over to berate in front of me and my guest. I still have the coupon if anyone wants it. I will not be going back.

The first time that I visited this IHOP when it first opened I was not impressed. I have been back recently for a carryout breakfast and the customer service has improved as well as how fast it took for them to get my food prepared.
