Great tow company in the city of Detroit, my car was towed just recently and these guys were extremely nice.The office staff was extremely helpful and the drivers were very professional at the scene of the accident all the way back to the impound lot.Thank you so much team L.I.J.B.S.

Five stars all across the board, the drivers were clean and respectful, their trucks were nice and clean too. The company looked good on the outside of the building as well, very clean.Not what I expected at all. I was very impressed with the girls who ran the office upfront. I was in an out with no problem.

Terribly run business they are all incompetent, and I don't think one person knows how to drive a tow truck. They will steal your money and then threaten to not to give you your car, they are more worried about getting out at six when the sign clearly says they close at 7. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding this whole experience. I would gladly pay money so this doesn't happen to someone else, no one should be subjected to this level of inexperience and stupidity.

My vehicle was stolen in Detroit and when it was found it was recovered at LIJBS. When I went down to LIJBS to see my vehicle, the staff was very pleasant, polite, helpful, considerate, trust worthy, and respectful. The staff at LIJBS was very patient and took the time to walk me through the process that was next to handle with my insurance. I am forever grateful for this tow company and would definitely use them again for any of my tow needs. This tow company also was very professional, clean, organized, and not to mention their beautiful state of the art equipment. I was just completely ecstatic and would definitely recommend. This company was truly a blessing to me and my family.

one of my drivers was involved in an accident and left disabled. Police called out this company to the scene to tow our vehicle. When I contacted them to handle the payment the "gentleman" who answered the phone was Barry, he was extremely ignorant. I was told that they could not provide me with an invoice to show what they were charging until AFTER I paid them. When I questioned this he became even more beligerant and told me that he doesn't have time for this and he will just instruct his driver to bring it back to their yard and he will have it impounded. I deal with wrecker companies on a daily basis and have NEVER experienced the amount of unprofessionalism that I experienced from this company.

This company i s not to be trusted at all! They are liars, cheats and thieves! My son had to argue them down to get his car back as he refused to bow down to all that they were trying to charge him for which were completely unwarranted. I am definitely encouraging my son to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Shame on you LIJBS Towing! Shame on you for taking advantage of the community!! Shame, shame, shame! Citizens Beware!!

This is absolutely the 'WORST PLACE EVER" I am in the process of contacting Hall of shame and am getting my information together. They will Rob you

$75 just to get into the yard to see your Vehicle and if you don't want the vehicle they keep your $75. Not only that only one person can go out to look at the vehicle. They charged me $50 claiming they put 2 window covers on my car because they did not know if the window would let up, FYI: they put a dollar store piece of plastic on my window and I believe they rolled the window down to put this plastic on and charge $50. Charged $125 to tow my car and said they had to call for help because the car was buried in a back yard so that was an additional $75. How do I know your really called for and needed help?? I received the call my car was here on Sunday Night around 10pm but they said their paper work showed the car was here since Saturday and that they were open on Saturday so they charged me $45 for 3 days of storage. Now just FYI I arrived at their location at 8am Sign posted says they open at 7am but since the girl that does the paper work was not there we were not allowed in. The paper work girl arrived at 8:45am to a place that opens at 7am. I ended up calling AAA to have my car towed and was told by AAA they were sorry they could not help me because no one they are contracted with Deals with this Tow company SO I ended up having to Pay LIJBS an additional $125 to Tow my car home, Over all I paid $495 just to get my stolen Vehicle back. Did I also mention there is a guy in the back that is also very unprofessional and Rude, He was yelling that if you are not the owner of the vehicle you have to stand outside. Horrible experience worst in the world, They also damaged the rear of my vehicle when they towed it. I will definitely be lodging a complaint and calling The Hall of Shame. Anyone that ever has to go here in life I suggest you also lodge a complaint. This Place is a Joke..

They told me in the phone that I owe them $260. By the time I arrived they told me that I owe them $75 more. They told me this cost is there because there was a second Truck sent to recover the car as my car was stuck in the driveway in the snow. Nothing to prove that. I called Detroit police and they told me that this towing company does that a lot and I should file a complaint. Unfortunately, most people don't know about those people until they go to pick up their cars from the lot. My advice to you is to watch for your belongings in the car and their hidden fees that they make up without any proof. Be prepared to be unhappy when you see your car because of their bad customer service and hidden fees. They will ruin your day.

My car was impounded. Before it was taken, my car ran fine. After getting it back, it wouldn't start even with a boost. It sits lopsided and it sounds as if something's dragging. I called to speak to a manager but no one was available nor did I get a call back. It's dead of winter and now I'm paying for damage done to my car by a careless company

My car was stollen- Lijbs recovered my vehicle. While the car was on they're lot my car jack was removed from my trunk (stolen) as well as a pair of Puma tennis shoes and a GPS. I VISUALLY SAW EACH OF THESE ITEMS IN THE CAR DURING INSPECTION - was unable to drive it off the lot b/c the ignition was damaged. Items were removed after i inspected the vehicle.

When confronted the man on the phone became belligerent.
