Order 1337 writer in drive drive and order special nuggets x2 and a large fry. I received my order and came home and the nuggets are hard in which they were sitting up under the heated lamp for some time. I called and the spoke to gentleman (trainee manager) who was nice and pleasant and asked for my name before I could even give my name its a lady in the background yelling and stating, "she saying her nuggets hard she has to bring them back right now". She then gets on the phone yelling after my inconvenience of getting home to eat my meal and stating the nuggets have to come back. Sure, no problem my question is why are you guys serving old hard nuggets. The night supervisor hung up on me after yelling in the phone and as I called back the trainer manager (guy) which was nice in the beginning hung up on me and when I called back the individuals wouldn't answer the phone and took the phone off the hook after calling back 14 times a young lady answered and when I asked for her name to return my food she stated just say manager. I have never dealt with rude individuals in my life that's preparing food.
