I was not satisfied with millers hardware work; I had a large glass window repaired and it came back to wide after 4 weeks of waiting to get the window repaired. When I finally payed for the balance and an additional transportation service fee, the window was not delivered and installed as payed for but just another delaty in service. I finally picked the window up from the store myself and then the person who was assisting stated the window was too wide and had not been cut properly. So I called and let the owner no about the problems I was having, he gave the phone to the person who had repaired the window and he stated he would come to my home and make some adjustments on a Wednesday-he never showed, but I will call the manager tomorrow for the last time before I take the matter to court. I will have to take this to small claims court so I suggest any one NOT to do glass cutting repairs with this hardware store. From my experience, this store rates 1/2 star (-).
