My family and me felt always unwelcome in this store. Staff and manager are like smelling something bad. Today we had a very bad discussion with the manager because one of the sign felt right next to my daughter and he said that she pulled it. We tried to explain that it was a coincidence that the sign felt down in the moment that my daughter was standing there, but he didn't listened, he was just yelling "You have to take care of your kids, this is not a day care"I told him that he should put a sign outside "NO KIDS ALLOWED". He cried to one of the employees that she must cancel our membership. I throw the movies I had already gotten on the shelf in front of him and I told him that he should quit if he doesn't like his job.We are not coming back again, however the movies are so expensive there.
