I got my car washed and it stormed the next day. I called and spoke with Tommy and he offered me a rain check. I was very pleased with his response. However, I was not very pleased to see that my card was charged $5.00 more than I allowed. The car wash was $40 which shocked me because I recall paying $25.00 in the past. That's neither here nor there. I was fine with that. I paid the $40 on my credit card and left a $5.00 tip only to discover later that they charged an extra $10.00 to my card instead of the intended $5.00. That is not cool and is what I consider stealing. I was told to come back and bring my receipt, which I do still have, to have the charge adjusted. My job takes me out of town most of the week, so I have not been able to get back yet. I have always patronized this car wash because it is in close proximity to where I reside and I do like the people and the service, but I don't appreciate anyone stealing from me.

I just got my car washed at Pops and I am absolutely completely satisfied. from now on I will go no where else. They made my car look brand new.

Mr. Pop's Detail Shop is great, the staff and very polite and respectful. There do an exceptional job and in a very timely manner. There are no complaints in reference to the carwashes, waxes, or details that is done. They take their time to do things right and make sure you're happy before leaving their premises. I have recommended several friends to them and they have been going there ever since and love the service that is provided.
