I found this location to be very unprofessional, i visited the West McNichols Road location on the 27th of January to have my taxes prepared after my consultation with Debra i informed her that i would like to have my refund deposited to my account but was unsure of the routing number and i would call back the following day, i did so speaking with Nikki and left the correct information so that my refund could be deposited and was assured that my correct information was being inputted at that very moment. February the 7th i called Debra back only to be informed that she never revived my account number and that my taxs had not even been sent off. I immediately asked for my paper work back and voiced how disappointed i was in not being informed and that i would be there to pick up my information so that i may go elsewhere due to there negligence. I was informed to call before i came so they could have it ready. I called and called and after receiving no answer i stopped in anyway only to find out that they sent my paperwork in anyway against my wishes. Today my refund came back only to see that amongst the filing fee i was also charged for there bank to issue me a check ( where they do that at?)
