When they first open the food was excellent (west side location ) It's been about a year since I ate there but the food was good so I returned today the food was so bad i had to write a review I got a big order 4 potatoes n bobby Hanna rice I guess they changed the chicken because it was horrible my food was cold the chicken wasn't seasoned save ur money I know I will from now on

AVOID. ...BAD FOOD .They never answer first call.. They never busy and always slow... Food is very plain. Mix up old vegi with cheap old meat.. Taste like a fredgerator.... just add cheese ... I can make this at home Very over priced and greasy. Owner has nasty attitude because I told him he charge to much for little portions . dessert 4.00 little tiny cup cake liner. With a tiny piece of non home made sweet potato pie..... P.s look aid 4.00 32 oz cup.... Are you serious... There are no meals than 12.00 and there small. U wounde r why people don't support you in your own hood.. Its always empty when i drive past. So you know the food is old....think....

Customer service is horrible I had to wait while the cashier ate her food then they didn't give me the garlic butter that I asked for and when I called back to complain she got an attitude. Needless to say I want be going back there I will continue to go to the potato place

My experience has always been positive. The food is amazing! I've never had a potato that was so tasty. There is so much to choose from! It's fast and worth the money. They definitely have a loyal customer in me.
