Provided by YPmobileThe real problem I have with this casino is that they have that "you need the card" or you can't get in I will never again come here and I don't support this!!

Provided by YPmobilethe golden corral is better and sooo much cheaper the support staff were rude n seemed to all have attitudes my first time at a casino I expected some type of hospitality had to find someone to get our drinks they didn't clear our table the experience was not warm I mean if you go to mongolian bbq the ask if you have been there before n tell you how its set up the griller literally threw the steak on the grill then on my plate on my macaroni n cheese in Not a child but I didn't even eat the steak Because it was touching my other food just because mgm is in the ghetto doesn't mean the employees should act that Way. I saw pepole from all walks of life in there none the less everyone should be greeted n treated equal from the moms in sweaTpants grannys With fanny packs suits ties n evening gowns n I feel all the staff should speAk english proper english on top of that n I dont care if im. Not being talked to I dont enjoy hood talk ibonics whatever at the dinner table n I live right here in southwest Detroit what impression does that give of the city

Provided by YP.comI went to the Bourbon Steak restaurant at the MGM Grand. The chairs at the first table they stuck us at were atrocious. They were very uncomfortable and three of the four chairs at our table wobbled terribly. Next, they stuck us at a ridiculously small table in a partitioned area that could have easily had a table twice as big. The waitress was pushy. Many of the support staff barely speak English. The wine was terribly overpriced. Their cheapest bottle is over $50 and is of the quality of a bottle that you can get at any other restaurant for 20-something dollars. I have been to truly exquisite restaurants that are more than head and shoulders above this "joint" including: Capital Grill in Troy, MI; The Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI; Andiamos all over metro-Detroit; The White Barn Inn in Kennebunkport, ME; The Grand Hotel on Mackinac Island; and about 15-20 others spread throughout NYC, Chicago, Toronto, Las Vegas, Reno and Atlanta. Bourbon Steak does not hold a candle to any of them, and is easily the most expensive of any of the group of fine dining establishments that I have been to. I would even go as far as saying that I have received much better service at a restaurant such as TGI Friday's or Ruby Tuesdays. I would recommend that you look elsewhere for a good night out.

Provided by YP.comI am not a gambler but one time I was there for an anniversary party and played $10 on the roulette, well I played the obvious, 00, 7, 11, 21, etc... and 21 came up and the female dealer did one of those "the hand is quicker than the eye" things and smiled at me and said sorry, better luck next time.
