No Integrity/Poor service

I put my Pontiac Grand Prix in to get fix and he kept it for 8 months without fixing it. I paid $1300 to get the transmission fixed that never was. After 8 months I got my car back still with transmission problems but now also a dead battery. I took it to another shop and it was fixed in 10 days but now I am out of $1300 because I got nothing for it except a dead battery. The shop has terrible customer satisfaction. They never call back when they say and when ask how much longer to before the car is ready they always say "later on today" or "tomorrow" which never came because at the time they made the statement they were never working on the car. They just lied. It is a shop with no integrity. It was like when we complained of how unsatisfied I was they never addressed the concern.

This company turned out to be a waste of time and money because I did not have a car so could not maintain my job.
