One of the BEST

One of the top 4 or 5 AM stations in the country. All news and talk, with Michigan State sports thrown in from time to time.

The talk/news show hosts (Paul W Smith, Frank Beckman & Mitch Albom) are at the top of their profession, and all 3 have access to the movers and shakers - all the way up to Presidents and SoD, etc.

If you REALLY want to know what is going on in the auto industry, listen to SMITH - he interviews (live) one of the big 3 bosses or the head of the UAW, practically every morning.

Beckman specializes in keeping tabs on State Government and the various hoaxes going on in the "Global Warming" world. Gouvenor Granholm won't even talk to him any more because he has come up without so many embarrasing screw ups made by her administration.

Albom (NYT best selling author) can, and does, get just about anyone in the publishing, movie, music and entertainment industry on the phone within minutes. He knows, and has the respect of, just about everybody in these fields.

WJR also broadcasts Rush, Sean, Mark Levin and Dr. Laura on a daily basis, so if one is of a conservative bent, you'll never have to change the radio dial unless you have a hankering for some music.
