This is the best vehicle service department that we have ever dealt with (and over the years we have dealt with Datsun/Nissan, Toyota, Honda, GM/Chevy, and other Ford). Service Manager Randy and master mechanic Keith were able to diagnose our blown motorhome engine on a Monday, order a new engine from Los Angeles, install and test the new engine, and have our motorhome ready to go by that Saturday, 2 days AHEAD of schedule. Unlike other vehicle service departments where you have to call/leave messages/play phone tag/etc just to find out the status of your vehicle, without fail, Randy called us on the days that he said he would, keeping us up-to-date on our new engine’s progress. This all happened when we were on an out-of-state RV trip . . . we have subsequently driven home (500 miles at engine-break-in speeds of 55-60mph with NO towing), and everything is working fine.
