The work that was done, was done ok. However getting it done and receiving proper receipts is another thing. Excuse after excuse, what was to be and told a 6-8 week job turned into 6 months plus. Part of that time was do to the fact that I had asked to have all 8 fuel injectors replaced with all the other work, H and H said the old ones checked out fine and put it all back together, two days after I get it back an injector fails and then takes another month to fix that. After all that and all that went into it I get the run around on something as simple as my receipts to show what parts and how much. "Stop in on Friday"..."nope not done,"... "check back on Monday," ....."nope not done,"..... "check back on Friday" "nope not done"......said they would E-mail it, said they would snail mail it, and on and on.
Save yourself the TIME and grief and go somewhere else H and H does not know how to follow through with business. Just to show the time line of this, I brought my vehicle to them in early November of 2015, got my vehicle back in the spring of 2016, its now January 2017.......I've been more than patient with H and H. I've included a request through BBB to help resolve this and H and H will not even reply to them. They now have been rated F from BBB.
