Doctor Stites is always there for us and our animals. We couldn't be happier with him, his knowledge and his services. Thanks doc!

The Dr was great. He took us without notice for an evening emergency. He was gentle with my Maltese, professional, and kind. I would definitely recommend him!

Good office and staff. The vet took care of my dog and was very friendly throughout the whole process. Kind of affordable too.

Is N of City Dewey an actual address? Whats irritating is there are 2 locations, one old and one new! Google maps shows the old and YP shows the new except it just ends in the middle of highway 75!! Come on people!

I've never truly been able to meet Dr. Stites the past two times I've been there as the first was for my dog's surgery and the second the doc was doing an emergency operation on another animal. I've always had good service. The place has always been clean and the people friendly. My dog is known to be aggressive and yet does perfectly fine with them. The nurse/receptionist has been friendly.

Yesterday I took my 1 year old schnauzer mix in to get spayed. About 5 minutes before she's due to get picked up that evening, I get a phone call saying they have to keep her over night..which is no problem! I thought they just wanted to make sure she was good to go. When I arrive at the office to get her, they tell me that I have to go in the back and get her because she's "mean" and they don't want to touch her. Lol. She's the sweetest dog I've ever met in my life! She's never bitten or growled at anyone! If she was being "mean"..There was a damn good reason! Or the anesthesia had a weird effect on her. When I get to the back I see her laying in a disgusting cage, scared and shaking. As I pick her up (no towel was offered like last time) her fur is matted and covered in blood, her own filth and urine. She is an absolute mess! On top of that i had to pay extra! I wish I could give less than 1 star because they don't deserve it in the slightest..Their establishment is dirty..they apparently don't take good care of their patients and their staff is NOT friendly at all. I didn't even see or speak to the actual doctor. I absolutely 100% DO NOT recommend this clinic for any serious surgeries or illnesses.



Less than 6 months ago I went in to get my 4 year old schnauzer mix spayed..I took her in at 8 am and picked her up at 4pm and everything was totally fine! She had zero problems and the cost was affordable.

What happened in the last 6 months that changed everything so drastically? It was the same exact staff, etc. Honestly there is NO excuse for how my dog and I were treated. I don't care what the problem/drama is..you're supposed to be a professional establishment.

I am from out of state and my 11/2 old male dog broke his leg on Sunday. Dr Stites was absolutely wonderful with my boy. I was very thankful for his kindness and compassion. I'm also very impressed with how quickly he returned my call since it was on a Sunday. I have very high praise for him and his facility. It was extremely clean. Again thank you for being there for me and my little boy.
