poor customer service
I've shopped there for seven going on eight years and today I didn't have my drivers license, so I couldn't use my credit card.
(this is apparently a new ro this is apparently a new rule)
There are stores that have better selection and consistency, but I shop here because it's a small town store.
I could have bought groceries last night, but I waited till morning so I could shop local.
I could've shopped in Bartlesville this morning but I went to Dewey instead on my way home.
So now I had no food for my animals and no lunch.
It just seems ridiculous to me that you shop someplace for seven years and they put a new rule into place and you have to walk off and leave your groceries.
I didn't see that posted anywhere, it's just a big surprise when you try to pay.
They offered me a gift card for $25, that doesn't really make up for my animals not eating all day, so I declined.

Best fried chicken ever. Mac and cheese sucks. Sorry. Canned cheese liquidated over macaroni noodles does NOT COUNT. That was comparable to nukable Mac and cheese. Gross. Step it up. We will gladly pay the cost difference!! See ya soon
