It's no wonder the USPO is doing so badly. I have always called when I was going to be out of town for a couple of days and had my mail stopped. TODAY, They inform me that it's not possible unless I fill out a form and it's always been that way. No it has not. The service now sucks with a supercilious girl telling me she doesn't care what they use to do for you, she's not going to and my mail can sit at my home, it's nothing to her. The reason we want a home town Post Office is for service. When we don't receive it, they're useless. I will now use UPS for all my deliveries. At least they are polite.
