It was uncomfortable talking to them and trying to ask questions, because Dennis made it clear with his tone that he didn’t want my business from the start. I wasn’t overly particular or needy with them, in fact, I have only spoken with him a few minutes twice including today. It’s bothersome how dismissive they are toward a new customer.

They diagnosed my problem immediately, and fixed it within an hour despite running into a few difficulties. The mechanic that did the work was VERY knowledgeable. The charges were quite reasonable.
