run away! go to a diff place, not worth it. I have been here almost 10 years only cuz i cant afford to move out. just gets worse every year, washers/dryers are on in separate buildings on top of bringing a magnetic key to open every building to get to it. if you live upstairs & the battery dies on the magnetic lock your screwed on getting in your place. it has happened. washers/dryers only take a laundry card to refill the laundry card min. u can put on it is $5. cant be barefoot, cant drink outside, cant wear pjs outside, cant have any kiddy pool. tv & radio have to be turned off at 11pm not turned down, off! boys cant have shirts off. You get numerous inspections in the summer, it dont matter if your home. they still enter. electric heat, so winter your paying 300 for electric. They can never keep property managers. You never know when they are in. Only thing positive i can say about this place is the community, I love my neighbors & agree w/ me how terrible this place has become!
