The purpose of our clinic is to provide the best medical and surgical service in a prompt and congenial manner and at an affordable cost to the client. This is done in collaboration with a client?s regular veterinarian. Records are provided to the client?s veterinarian each time one of his or hers patients is treated at the emergency clinic. The clinic is open when other veterinary hospitals are normally closed, such as evenings, weekends and holidays. This ensures the highest standard of care for your pet. When your animal is released, your regular veterinarian and his or her staff will continue this care. Your pet is able to receive high quality care twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week. Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM to 8:00 AM, Friday 6:00 PM through Monday 8:00 AM

This clinic has gone from good to horrible! I found a sick kitten recently that was suffering and needed fluids and medical treatment. She weighed .9 lbs. They wanted to charge me $1800.00 to keep her for 3 hours. How much medicine can you put into a kitten that weighs less than a pound? When I told them I could not afford that they said 'well you can put her to sleep for only a $100.00'. REALLY? I have been a good customer to them but they have become money grubbing and heartless. I ended up taking this kitten to my regular vet in the morning and she was treated for $85.00 and I have found her a good home and is well loved. How many people have had to put their loving dog or cat down because they could not afford these ridiculous prices. They pray on the poor fool that comes in their door with an animal that is in need of help, watch out! Also not to forget I have never been to a clinic that has such a heartless staff in my life. Rude and heartless. They could care less about the poor person that has had to put their best friend down, just make sure you pay us before you leave. The young girl that works there could not show any less sympathy to the customers, HEARTLESS! They really need to take a step back and understand that it's not just about how much money they can blead out of an unsuspecting animal lover but maybe saving a pets life, then charging a fair amout for services rendered so people can save their pet. No, they are more money driven and less life saving. I think if you are in this industry you need to have some bed side manners and try to help animals. I'm sure hundreds of pets have been needlessly put down because of their prices. If you really love your pet don't come here. Go to a place that is more interested in saving your family member! They are going to rip you off and be rude to you as they do it. You would think making that much off of people they would at least be nice to you. I will never go to this vet again. I have given them thousands of dollars including $8,000.00 in 6 months for one dog. I love animals they love money! WATCH OUT! Unless you are fealty rich. One star is the lowest rating I can give and I feel that is too good for them. I can only leave one feed back but there have been other situations with the same vet. I'm sure you get the picture.

My young Lab suddenly developed a painful walk, collapsing numerous times. I took him to East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic fearing I'd find out the worst. The staff there got me in within minutes and Dr. Jammu saw us shortly after. Dr Jammu reviewed xrays with me, explained my young dog's bone development and gave me options for getting him stabilized. We chose to treat with anti inflammitory's, pain medication and PT. In the future he will need surgery but I was so relieved to know we could relieve the symptoms right now through other means. Dr Jammu even showed me an on-line video of the surgical procedure that is part of the treatment for my dog's condition. I was very happy with the service at the clinic.

OWNERS BEWARE!!! I made a Yelp account just to review this place. If you love and care for your furry children please do not step foot in this place! I have worked in different animal hospitals for the past 7 years and never have I seen or been treated with such carelessness and disrespect. Also working for a animal rescue group, we have referred countless people to this place.. Never again!!

We took our puppy in for a laceration on her foot. She had to stay for surgery.. As we left they told us we were free to go and to call back in 3 hours to see if we can pick her up that night or the next day. And hour later, they call and said we left without paying them. I told them they didn't ask us to and they said we had to pay over the phone and couldn't wait until pick up. I asked if we could pick her up tonight and they said no we had to pick up in the morning and didn't state a time. At 7:35 am they called and asked when we are picking up because they close at 8am! And told us we were supposed to pick up last night!

When we got there we waiting 30 min to pick up our baby and told the receptionist what had happened.. She couldn't have cared any less. Was not apologetic at all and looked like she would have rather stared at a wall then listen to our concerns! She was so rude! She didn't care that Maui stayed there a whole night when she didn't have to, she didn't care that it was their fault that this while situation happened.. She didn't even seem to care about her job. If anyone had done that in any of the hospitals I had worked at they would have been fired! Her name was VANESSA.

Long review, but I wanted everyone to be aware of this place and please do not take your beloved babies here!!

Dog Lifesavers

On June 30, 2008, around 6:00 PM my fire fox Jack Russel Terror, abandoning the wind and decided to take on a 200 lb dog and was mauled by a vicious German Shepherd. It was after regular pet hospital hours and my family veterinarian is in Tustin, CA and I live in Chino Hills, CA. My Jack was consoling me, licking my face, while I was crying because of the mess he was looking in. His back and side were ripped open. I could see his muscle in his side. The tears seemed like it was going to be a difficult job to patch my dog up so that he looked decent. I was calling him Frankendog after his 2 1/2 hour surgery. He had at least twenty stitches in him.

East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic were super! (to say the least) As soon as I arrived there, they put me in a room with my pet, and the doctor (Dr. Bobek) came faster than fast. I thought I would be waiting a while, but that definitely was not the case. They took his weight, examined him and said they would have him patched up right away. And they did just that! I went out to dinner, and by the time I was done, they were done. Prince William was able to go home with me that very evening. East Valley Emergency Pet Clinic staff were professional, caring and awesome! Dr. Bobek did a great job. My Jack Russel Terror (yes, terror, not terrier) is back to his old self, and still thinks he can take on the big dogs in the neighborhood, but I know better and I pick him up if we come near one.
