Straight up don't want to jinx us by saying best teppanyaki restaurant we've been to but holy moley!

Our morning started off late so we had to push back our plans. Called the restaurant to push back our reservation and they were so accommodating. Ended up getting there earlier than scheduled and were seated right away.

Restaurant is so clean, modern and well kept. Service was quick and professional. Our server was amazing and made sure to focus on our boy enjoying his experience. Our chef was great. He cooked the food amazingly neat (hate when teppanyaki restaurants have food flying and burning everywhere) and made sure little one caught everything on camera or would redo it so he could catch it. AMAZING!

Everything we ordered (steak, beef, chicken, calamari, shrimp tempura and edamame) was delicious. The miso soup was a little off but that may just be personal preference.

It wasn't that far of a drive from home so we will definitely be back!

A saga of expectation, followed by disappointment and dashing of future expectations. Note: my wife and I eat out 6-7 nites a week. Our favorites being Teppan and Sushi.
First disappointment was the lack of Tomago.
Our "chef" clearly was a novice:
His demonstration was poor, the fried rice and vegetables were tasteless, my wife's filet was a disaster - BUT the owner cooked another one that was superb, my tofu steak was delicious.
Another chef working at the same stove top (William) was able to put on a marvelous show and produce marvelous aromas from the same basic ingredients. The final blow was being told that my wife's preference for preparation of her filet (sliced garlic and butter) would not be available again. Your seeming lack of desire to provide food in accordance with our tastes makes our attendance at your establishment unlikely. Should circumstances change, I would prefer to again support a local business.
By the way - I never received my shrimp or a refill of my tea.
