Bought 4 new tires with warranty. One tire blew , I took it to be replaced per the purchased "warranty". They said it was a "manufacturer's defect" and refused to cover it.

Needless to say, they refused to honor their warranty. And they wanted to charge me $45 more for the replacement tire than what I originally paid for it!

I'm taking my business elsewhere. They'll be feeling it 'cause I sent alot of business their way ....thinking they were honorable.

Purchased 4 new tires in april 2008 and in november 2008 both front tires worn. Car driven about 4000 miles. They couldn't tell me why an aliment wasn't done. No satisfaction at the store. I will never buy again at a store that won't stand behind thier products.
