The few times that I've actually gone to this T-Bell/KFC, it's been through the drive thru. They are always slow. Usually they're relatively nice, but tonight (April 29th 2014), was a whole other ball game. I pulled up to order at the microphone and right away the girl was rude. She spoke quickly as if she was irritated. When I pulled up to get my food, she took forever to open the window to take my cash. Then when she finally did, it took a long time for my food as well. And normally, they open the window, hand me my bag, politely ask if I'd like sauce or anything else. Nope. She shoved the bag at me, quickly threw a goodbye greeting at me, and slammed the window shut. I politely asked for mild sauce, she irritatedly grabbed some and shut the window again once she gave it to me. When I drove away I grabbed a Cinnabon Delight to snack on and it was still cold (supposed to be extremely hot at first, like they half-a** cooked it). I'm infuriated. Oh and did I mention I didn't have any napkins?
