Hi there I heard about this site so i figured id hop on here and tell you a bit about Orrs Martial Arts. Ive been heading in there for about a year now and im in better shape then i was in high school :) The circuit training machines give a great work out and the bikes are a nice way to wind down before i head home. If youre trying to get into shape after all that yummy holiday food then come and join the fun!!!

Ive been training at Orrs MMA & Family Fitness for many years now and find it to be the best Martial Arts school around. The head instructor Shawn Orr has been teaching Martial arts for over 20 years. The gyms a good inviornment for just about anything you would like to do regaurding fitness from getting in shape to learning self defence. I highly suggest you head down there and check it out.

I got ringworm from their dirty mats, and some other people got scabies there. Puzzle mats are not for rolling, I wouldn't even recomending this school. Check it out if you must but wash your hands if you touch anything.
