Had an appointment for an a/c service scheduled 2 weeks in advance. No one showed up. I even called the day before to remind them that I would be home. Stayed at home all day waiting for them. Never showed up. No one called me to explain why they didn't show up. Calling someone else to do the job.

I gave 1 star because I couldn't give 0..... In 2011 my home warranty sent this company to my house to install a new unit in the attic. A couple of days after they did the work my a/c unit leaked through the ceilling of my spare room. The owner came over he to check the damage he gave me an option to fix the problem with the unit or he would "splash" some paint on the walls to fix the damage, one or the other. I told him I wanted my room fixed correctly and the unit fixed ....He became very rude at that point and told me to put a claim against my homeowners insurance he had his men fix the a/c but refused my calls after that point. I have dropped my warranty company and WOULD NOT SUGGEST THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE!
