The store in D'iberville, MS is awful. The workers have no idea what they are talking about and care nothing about the customers. If you have an issue that they don't agree with, they will argue with you and make your life harder. Trust my advice, buy an item from them, but stay away from customer service and any insurance plans. Period. You guys should really care more about your customers...

Great store and very friendly staff.

Best Buy would receive a 5 star, but they have yet to take into consideration or rather have a military discount. Especially when the military community supports and gives them so much business in this area and across the US.....
