Me and some of me friends(who are all over 30 and have kids),got told to leave when other kids that were running around and got hurt and we were blamed ,im contacting the BBB,i suggest you never use this for recreation.

Most of the guns and vests were faulty. After complaining multiple time about having a gun did not function the employee still refused to simply switch it out with another. Kids were not reprimanded for sprinting through the play area and running into the other players. I will not be returning nor recommending to anyone else.

The staff were very rude. We complained about the guns shooting sideways and the vests not working. We demonstrated this and the staff laughed at us.



We also had the misfortune of going on a night when 8 year old potty mouths were yelling obscenities and running amok. The staff ignored them.



We asked for a refund and were told to LEAVE! Not a great way to run a business. Not all of the staff were terrible, but the manager was absolutely rude.



Definitely will not be returning!

Make sure you request Rustin for your party host! He is great! The kids had a ball!
