my name is kathy buckingham redditt the wedding party screw ups I trusted Tessies sewing from D'Iberville I took my wedding dress to her in June bought it new from David's bridal in Mobile, I took to her and said I wanted a full corset back put in it and remove the zipper and hemmed she did the him but she waited till the last few weeks before the wedding to complete i got the dress just a few hours before the wedding the zipper still in and only a part of the back had a corset back where i need it she did not do when I saw only one of the flower girls dresses was correct the other one was thrown together the bowes were left off the back and the lining was not put in it correctly and when the top was attached to the bottom it was rolled and looked tacky i told my friend toni that we could have done a better job on the bridemaids dresses with our glasses off;my maid of honor had to be pin in she had straight pens and regular safety pens in her dress to hold it up and she was being poked, they were all suppose to have the corset back one had a zipper the other 2 the wrong tops were put on the other ones dresses Tessie came to my house at the last min to try to pin the girls in just to make it threw the wedding I told tessie from the start I would post a picture of the dresses online and would put made by tessie sewing. So I am keeping my promise I am so ashamed of the dresses and I was ashamed to walk out in my dress I was so upset that I almost canceled the wedding because of this I had to go out embaresed because my daughter and son and friend had worked so hard on the wedding hall.

Mine was one of the bridesmaids' dresses that had the wrong top sewn on it. I felt like if I bent over too far I was going to fall out the top. I had to keep pulling up the top to feel comfortable. We were in such a rush to get my best friend to the hall, to get her married, I forgot to get me a change of clothes so I could get out of my dress and be comfortable. I had to be cinched in so tight, if not I would have fell out the top. It made the corset back of my dress crooked. I felt like a light blue hot air balloon being cinched in sooo tight.
