bought a e cig from this place was told to try it before I leave in case it didn't work, I could exchange it. I went next door to the vintage & liquor same owner, and it didn't work. I got an exchange when I went back thankfully I thought but got exchanged with a broken one that barely worked, walked to the owners other store the wine and liquor store. Where I asked if he could do anything about this and the owner told me he doesn't deal with the customers. After his employee asked him if I could exchange it for the third one. Since getting a refund is out of the question. So basically the ownser did not care about his customer comparing me to other people's experience about it. And didn't care that I was sold a crap item and leaving without a replacement or my money back. Apparently he doesn't care about his customers since he told me he doesn't deal with customers. Obviously because I was sold a bad product. Just rude and disrespectful.
