run ...DO NOT RENT HERE...management is horrible his name is Bill. He has no respect for customer service his customers or the hotel. My husband and I paid for a week the very first night I asked if I could switch my room because the beds had the spring sticking out. He refused to switch my room stating he didn't have any more available. The next morning I asked if I can change my room again because I seen that there was three rooms available....again he refused. 2 days go by I asked again if I could change my room because my back was hurting the mattress was unsatisfactory again he refused ...and he had 8 rooms open. All seven days I had no housekeeping. When I asked about housekeeping he stated it was too cold for them to work and we would have to deal with it. The rooms are filthy the beds are horrible broken down the carpet is nasty stained and the heating system doesn't work. The manager is a drunk and a rude better man! His own staff doesn't like him! no customer service whatsoever
