Went in for an inspection. When finished while driving out of the parking lot my dashboard light lit up and my car shut off. Manager Maximo said I would have to pay an $80 diagnostic fee for them to check it. I told him I didn't agree with the price and he told me not to come back.

DON'T BELIEVE THAT IT IS A "FREE AC CHECK". We took our Mitsubishi Galant there for the "Free AC Check" and it ended up costing us $160.00. We asked them to call us before they did any work. Well they called us and told us they had to take the dashboard off in order to look at the AC so it would be $80 for having to take off the dashboard. We asked them why they did not call us first. We were told it had to come off anyway in order to evaluate the AC. Again we asked why we were not called. No answer. So they said if they fix the problem we would not be charged the $80. At this point they hadn't even "checked" the AC. We told them to check the AC and then call us before making any repairs. After a few hours, no call. We called them and they told us the car was ready and it would be $160.00. WHAT!!! Will never go there again for anything!!

Buyer beware. Dishonest and incompetent. Over filled with oil, caused engine problems. Gave verbal quote and failed to honor their word!

Took over an hour to do an oil change and inspection and not because they were busy but because the mechanic couldn't figure out how to take off a skid panel to change the oil filter. Don't waste your time go to liggios
