Over the last 4 years, we have...

Over the last 4 years, we have spent over $3,000 with Dues Camping Center for work and maintenance to our travel trailers.
In July(2012) I purchased a new power cord ($91.00) for our travel trailer. A few weeks later, we sold our travel trailer for a motorhome.
The power cord was NEVER opened and is in the original packaging as when it was purchased. I even have the original receipt.
I called and explained my situation to Dues. I immediately said that I WAS NOT asking for a refund...just wanted to trade the power cord for other merchandise.
I was told NO...THEY WOULD NOT DO THIS!
I was amazed at how they would treat a good customer like us over $91.00. I guess they do not worry about losing GOOD CUSTOMERS!
If this is how they will treat their good customers.....then I will no longer use or recommend this business to RVers.

I needed repairs on my travel trailer in a timely manner because I needed to use shortly, so I gave Dues Camper Center a call. From the minute I talked with Joe Centeno, Service Coordinator, I felt I called the right shop. I received nothing but top notch service from the repairs Tyler made to the friendliness and respect from Joe and everyone else at Dues Camping Center. It is nice to know there are some good old fashioned family owned businesses left. Have a really good parts department too!

I hate to ever leave a negative review, but customer service is a huge deal. Being rude over the phone was enough to deter me from using your services. I cannot imagine doing business and giving hard-earned money to people with attitudes like this. I had simply called with a question regarding my RV. Lady must have been having a bad day, but there really is no excuse to ever be so unprofessional. Leave your anger at the door. I will take my business somewhere that appreciates it.

I called to get an estimate to replace the motor in my furnace. The manager told me it would be $200+/- ($80 for the motor and $120 for labor) assuming no complications or other needed repairs. I had been considering doing it myself, but for $200+/- I decided to let them do it. They called and told me it would be $571 after I had dropped the furnace off. I told them I would pick it up. When I picked it up , they told me I would owe $120 for a bench test. When I protested vehemently the manager said he couldn't just replace the motor without doing a bench test ($120) and that it was 2 hours labor $(240) to replace the motor, $360 in labor not counting the cost of the motor.. He obviously knew $200 would not cover the repair when I first talked to him, but declined to disclose the true cost. I ended up paying $60 just to get my furnace back, for bad information (the original quote) and for something I already knew (the motor was bad). Dues Campers should be renamed Dues Scammers.

The manager is named Dean...he went out of his way to help me! I saved 125 dollars on a service call by him selling me the right parts and giving me tips on the installation!!! I'll definitely do business with them in the future!

I have had my RV several occasions. Dean and Buddy in the service department should be giving training to less adequate RV shops. Their turn around time is awesome and all work has been spot on. Terry in the parts department always has what I need or can find it in their catalogue with very competitive pricing and quick delivery. Thank You all for out performing all the other shops in a 100 mile radius.

This rating has to do with their parts department only. I have no data on their service department. However, every time I check with them regarding parts for my travel trailer they have exactly what i need, on hand, for a fair price. Yes, I can usually beat their prices by shopping online but I, for one, don't mind paying their reasonable markup in order to have what I need in my hands, Today. Plus, it's supporting a local biz, ya know?

Needed service on my RV. I called in the morning. Within 24 hours serviceman was there and diagnosed the problem. He worked with manufacturer and got warranty part installed in a timely manner. Very pleased with service and knowledge of serviceman.

Fair & Balanced

I realize that everyone has a different point of view and expectations, but I sometimes wonder how folks evaluate service and describe their experiences. I read the two service reviews on this site as I was preparing to have some upgrades performed on my RV, and was skeptical about moving forward. But I also had some conversations with a few friends who have used Dues and was encouraged to consider their services. I had Dues perform substantial ($) upgrades to my fifth wheel; they were competitive with Camping World on the pricing. Just prior to delivering the trailer to Dues, I discovered that I needed some roof repair as well. Dues communicated very well with me (at least two phone calls during performance of the work) and thay did a good job in the repairs and installation of the upgrade equipment. Their labor charges were competitive with Camping World as well, and I also did not have to make the 75 mile pull to get my rig to CW for the work. While no place is perfect, I would recommend Dues for all your RV needs.
