Great place to live. Quiet, well kept and amazing maintenence and staff.

There is a lot of crime here. Almost nightly. Had my shed broken into more than once. Burglars have kicked in the doors of homes while people were there.



Customer service is the worst. I went to log on to pay my bill and I couldn't log in. I called to see why and was told I had to contact there attorney. I finally got hold of the attorney and she said they were not renewing my lease. Why did I need to call there attorney for that? They never bothered to call me, text me, send me a notice, not even an email. They send me emails all the time but didn't tell me this. I have a trailer here and now I have to pay a couple of thousand dollars to have it moved in a month. Don't stay here cause you could be next.
