This store does not belong in Dickson TN and should not be allowed to s lol att products. The worst store to go to. They are not a direct ATT store so they treat you really bad. They are rude and even made us wait outside of the store until they felt like taking care of a customer.

Terrible service, never acknowledge you are in their store! When girl came in and was helping me, guy at first desk who never acknowledged me, rudly interrupted her helping me because he didn't know how to do his job!! 2 previous call center employees and rude guy at first desk nhever told me that i could have switched the sim card myself at home. i think AT&T needs to retrain some employees! Getting off AT&T as soon as possible! If you use NEXT plan, be sure you get insurance!!
