Home of the thugs, drugs, and animals! My family and I recently had a brief stay at Dickson Inn… People sitting around drinking yelling and screaming all night were the highlights of the stay. Plenty of lights in the parking lot thanks to the Dickson Police Department having been there every night to deal with the unruly hotel guests. Plenty of rooms even though 6 of them are closed due to meth lab activity. Way to go Troy and Jason of First Federal for giving Dickson yet another Ghetto! The staff is belligerent and intolerant to other faiths, creeds, colors, and sexual orientations. The long term guests speak of having to clean their own rooms and never getting clean linens or garbage cans emptied let alone working plumbing and forget getting the “handyman” to come fix it…. management doesn’t even know where he is most of the time! The air conditioner was broken and the fridge barely big enough for a 6pk smelled of rancid meat, the microwave had what I prayed was tomato juice stains in it, and the internet was spotty at best. It may very well be the cheapest hotel on the strip but you DEFINITELY get what you pay for… take my advice and spend the extra money across the street!
