NEVER on time for her appts..always some excuse why she cant be there on time even though I drove 15 miles to get there on time! this has happened several times....she has lost a loyal customer!!

When I dropped off my dog, I asked that no hair be cut. I just wanted her to be bathed, detangled, and nails trimmed. When I picked her up, she was shaved. The receptionist stated that the groomer needed to do it and the groomer stated that the receptionist told her I wanted it. Total miscommunication and lies, it seems. She still charged me $45, my dog looks horrible, and the only thing she could recommend is that I bathe her more often. I feel that a bath every two weeks for a dog is just fine. However, she was probably just trying to be rude. My dog is now shaved and I have to figure out what to do as fall approaches. Don't go here unless you want to deal with a dimwitted receptionist and a rude groomer.

I just picked my two picapoos up from this groomer. Their fur is completely uneven now. It looks like an 8 year old cut the fur with scissors. I was a tad worried when I dropped them off and smelled the stench coming from the back.But, I had used this groomer once before and thought a second chance should always be given. I have learned my lesson. When I got home I realized that the older one of my dogs (kids) had been nicked with the clippers and had a fresh wound!!! I'm so angry. I wish I would have have seen it before I paid!

I love ms. kimberly she is the best and by far the cheapest groomer in dickson and her work definitely beats anyone here in town and i love her dearly and my shih tzu will continue going there until she is no longer in this world i am very happy and glad to know her and anyone thats trys her grooming will always come back for more......thanks kimberly

Wonderful experiance. Took care of my lab Norma Jean and had her looking so good that I may have to rename her Martilyn! Prompt service and very reasonable price. Will have her to the salon on a regular basis
