Mother father grandmother and husband cared for throughout the years. Excellent personal service and more compassion respect and “going above and beyond” than I could have asked for. I have also had friends who have used Taylor funeral home and experienced the same!

Taylor Funeral Home is the best in the business. Wouldn't dream of going any where else.

I attended a funeral there. The funeral included going to a Catholic Church. I waited outside during the mass and there was a elderly disabled man there that was feeling bad. I went over to the car and told him to go into the church and get some water. The man from Taylors was standing outside the doors of the church like he was standing guard. I am Catholic and I know there is no reason to not allow anyone in after the mass has started. He stood outside of the church doors and refused to let this man in to get a drink of water. I begged him to let the man in but he began using foul language and telling the elderly man to go back to his car. When the family came out later I knew one of the family members and told them what had happened. They said that this man from Taylor's had been very hateful to their entire family throughout the services. I don't know what was going on but I know that what I saw when I continued on to the grave site was unbelievable. It's just like what happened to this other person. This man from Taylors acted like a complete jerk. These were family members of the deceased! I couldn't believe what I was witnessing. The man from Taylors was yelling at this girl (bear in mind we are at the grave site) telling her that she was trying to draw attention to herself. It was her brother that had passed and her grieving didn't seem out of line at all. I'm not sure how you are supposed to grieve when at a funeral for Taylors but I guess you should ask beforehand to be sure you don't go through what they put that family through.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. No one offered any comfort of any kind to the family or any compassion at all. It was just the opposite. Family members were ridiculed while grieving by the staff. One member of the staff stood out in the cemetery and mocked the grieving family and laughed in a very childish way. I was horrified! I have never experienced what I experienced at that funeral and hope I never do again!
