The Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative provides outage reporting, energy auditing and meter reading services. The agency installs security lights for homes, farms and businesses. It offers an automatic bank draft service for the payment of bills. In addition, the Rich Mountain Electric Cooperative also provides installation services for water heaters, as well as electric ground- and air-source heat pumps. The agency offers educational information for safety against electrocution.
