While Valley Cafe & Catering is not new to Dillard, we are now in a new, larger location. In our new location we offer breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7 days a week. We have a spacious main dining room with great mountain views and a private dining room that can accommodate parties of up to 70. Located in a former bank, we have utilized the vault as a whimsical wine cellar and the dining room walls are lined with historical photos of the area.
