The gentlemen from Lloyd's saved us as well. We were towed to their shop on a Sunday and they fixed our car problem efficiently and reasonably. Thank goodness we a found help that was honest and skilled.

Judging by the number of cars that seem to break down right around Lloyd's shop, It seems like Lloyd managed to set up shop in the highway version of the Bermuda Triangle, and I'm sure glad he did. My family was traveling from VA to FL for Christmas on Dec. 23rd. Just a few miles from Lloyd's right after we left South of the Border, our Honda Odyssey mis-shifted. A minute later, it did it again. Then, when we were within sight of Lloyd's, it started bucking wildly, shifting into second gear (at 75MPH) and then back out. We managed to pull over safely, then limp it to the exit by driving on the shoulder. We brought it to Lloyd, and he took great care of us! Even though this was 3PM on a Friday two days before Christmas, he was happy to take a look at the car and talk us through our options. He was very friendly and helpful! We wound up having him order a rebuilt transmission and a transmission cooler for us, and then he arranged for a shuttle to take us to a nearby town with a car rental shop. We rented a van to use to get us the rest of the way to Florida and back, and when we returned on January 1st, Lloyd came over to the shop on a Sunday so we could pick up the car. The quality of the work was top-notch, the car now runs perfect, and his prices were excellent. If his shop wasn't 10 hours away from my home, Lloyd would be the only shop I'd take my car to.
