I am so appreciative of the patience and respect shown to me by all staff members of the Dillon store that I will recommend this store to everyone I know who needs what they offer. The manager, Tina Armstrong, is one of the most knowledgeable people in her field. She was very respectful and informative and I asked her so many questions I was beginning to wonder if she would run out of patience with me, but she never did. When I got all my questions answered and the application for a power wheelchair was completed, she escorted me to my vehicle and helped me get in! Ms. Armstrong does not deserve a bad review from anyone; she cares too much about her customers to ever make them feel uncomfortable. If a staff member makes a customer feel bad or is not helpful, that person should notify Ms. Armstrong immediately. I think she would deal with that employee in a way as to make sure he improved his disposition in the future!
