The sign in the window tells you that if your check engine light is on that they can diagnose the problem. Well I've been there several times and everytime I go I'm told that the equipment isn't working. Really? The little handheld thing? Because I am a female they think I don't know any better. I think this comes from poor customer service and not wanting to go outside to do it. If it's not gonna be done then I think they should take the sign out of the window or hire people that don't mind doing their jobs. Check your staff!!
