When I was turning 16 and wanting a nose piercing I only found this place to go to as D.C. requires you to be 18 even with parents consent, this was perfect because it was less than a mile from D.C. borders but still technically in Maryland. It was inviting and everyone there was funny and eased the process. I went in thinking I was about to spent 40$ on just the nose but I got my nose and cartilage for just 10$ each! I screamed during my upper ear (low pain tolerance) and everyone looked at me and started cheering me on. It was awesome and inviting, and I will be going back to get my belly button pierced for sure.
